"Pop Your Cork" Photos Posted!!

Wow, the POP YOUR CORK Happy Hour swept us away to a steamy Old World hideaway! Le Colonial was the perfect tight fit for fabulous boys! Thanks to all of you who packed the place (and even found the secret up-front enclosed balcony).

Over $1600 was raised to help the AIDS Legal Council of Chicago.
Here is a wonderful thank you from the ALCC to everyone who helped make our Tropical getaway such an amazing success:

"As you know, times have been tough for everyone and non-profits like ours are especially vulnerable to the ups and downs (mostly downs) of this economy. But thanks to the support of good friends like you – friends who donate $10, $20 or even more to our small agency – we are able to keep our doors open and continue providing free legal help to people with HIV who have no place else to turn. That means helping our clients pay rent, buy food, get medical care, provide for their loved ones and overcome countless other obstacles to their health and stability.

For more than 20 years, ALCC has relied on the community to survive in difficult times. Thank you again for believing in our work and supporting our cause with your donations."

"Pop Your Cork" Happy Hour TONIGHT!!

Hey Boys!! Tonight's the night!! Time to catch up on all the holiday gossip as you take a trip back to another time in the tropical days of empire. Let the BGCC whisk you off to the exotic French Colonies of Southeast Asia, re-created upstairs at LE COLONIAL!

Not familiar with Le Colonial? This French Vietnamese Restaurant began in New York City, earning rave reviews and encouraging the owners to bring their concept to Chicago and San Francisco. Its warm environment, excellent service and delicious food has kept guests returning to this popular Rush Street destination.

Located at 937 North Rush in a two-story vintage row house, we are taking over the second floor lounge this evening so that we can enjoy its comfortable lounge and all season terrace overlooking Rush Street.

Plan to enjoy delicious cocktails accompanied by Le Colonial's savory authentic Vietnamese Cuisine while mingling with friends as we kick off 2009 tonight!

Looking forward to seeing you again!!

xoxo
